Shipping Policy

Welcome to Cigar Smuggler. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipment of products purchased from Cigar Smuggler through our website or by any other means of transaction.

By using our website, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase.

1. General Shipping Guidelines

  • We do not sell or ship to individuals under 21 years of age.
  • We do not ship to Utah or Hawaii due to state-level restrictions.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

2. Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected based on current regulations. As we expand into new states and reach required thresholds, we will update our practices accordingly to remain fully compliant. You will be notified of applicable sales tax at checkout when it applies.

3. State Shipping Restrictions

California

  • Phone confirmation required after 5PM (PT) prior to shipping.
  • Adult signature (21+) required at delivery.
  • Cannot ship to PO Boxes in California.

Connecticut

  • Cannot ship small cigars (weighing 3lb per 1,000 or less).

Hawaii

  • No shipments permitted.

Maine

  • Cannot ship cigars with HTL/homogenized wrappers, small cigars, or pipe tobacco.

Maryland

  • Cannot ship cigars with HTL wrappers or small cigars.

Montana

  • Cannot ship filtered cigars.

Pennsylvania

  • Cannot ship small cigars (4lb per 1,000 or less) sold in cartons (20–25 sticks per pack).

Utah

  • No shipments permitted.

Vermont

  • Cannot ship small cigars (4.5lb per 1,000 or less).

Washington

  • Cannot ship small cigars (3lb per 1,000 or less) or pipe tobacco.

4. Hazardous Materials (Butane)

Due to FAA restrictions, butane and similar hazardous materials cannot be shipped via expedited services. These items will be shipped USPS Parcel Post, which may result in longer delivery times.

5. Delivery & Signature Policy

  • All orders ship via UPS Ground—no expedited shipping available.
  • Free shipping is included with every order.
  • All shipments require an Adult Signature (21+) at the time of delivery.
  • A government-issued photo ID must be shown.
  • Packages will not be left unattended—if no eligible adult is present, the package may be held at a local carrier facility.

6. Ship​ping Limitations

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • U.S. territories

7. Order Cutoff & Shipping Time

All in-stock orders placed by 1PM EST will typically ship same day.

For the most accurate arrival estimate, refer to the Estimated Delivery Date in your cart at checkout.

All orders are shipped from our facility in Clearwater, Florida.
