Cigar Smuggler Wholesale Rebate Policy

Effective Date: May 1st, 2026


Overview

The Cigar Smuggler Wholesale Rebate Program (“Program”) is a discretionary, tier-based incentive program offered to eligible wholesale accounts. The Program is designed to reward qualified retail partners based on their annual purchase volume with Cigar Smuggler.

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined below.


Eligibility

Rebate eligibility is limited to approved wholesale customers in good standing with Cigar Smuggler. Accounts must maintain active purchasing status and comply with all wholesale terms, conditions, and applicable laws.

Cigar Smuggler reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke Program eligibility at its sole discretion.


Tier Assignment

Rebate tiers are determined based on each account’s previous 12-month (annual) purchase volume with Cigar Smuggler.

  • Tier placement is automatically calculated using internal sales data
  • Accounts are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted based on updated annual spend
  • Tier status is assigned per account and is not transferable


Rebate Structure

Rebates are issued according to the tier assigned to each eligible account.

  • Rebate percentages, credits, or equivalent benefits vary by tier
  • Rebates may be issued in the form of store credit, account credit, or other designated method
  • Specific tier benefits are defined separately and may be updated at any time

Cigar Smuggler reserves the right to modify rebate percentages, structures, or qualification criteria without prior notice.


Retroactive Application

Where applicable, rebate eligibility may include retroactive consideration based on qualifying annual spend periods.

Retroactive credits, if issued, will be applied in accordance with internal review cycles and Program guidelines. Cigar Smuggler does not guarantee retroactive adjustments in all cases.


Adjustments, Errors, and Disputes

Cigar Smuggler reserves the right to:

  • Correct accounting or rebate calculation errors
  • Adjust rebate amounts based on returns, chargebacks, or order modifications
  • Withhold or revoke rebates for accounts not in good standing

All determinations regarding rebate eligibility and issuance are final.


Shipping and Program Changes

Participation in the Rebate Program does not override standard shipping policies or minimum order requirements. All applicable shipping fees, thresholds, and conditions remain in effect as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Cigar Smuggler may modify or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without liability.


Termination of Participation

Cigar Smuggler reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account’s participation in the Program at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Policy violations
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Account inactivity
  • Failure to meet wholesale requirements
